Meals

​Please note that even though you can use hotel restaurant for your foods, we have arranged an outside Indian caterer to serve lunch and dinner ($15 per meal including cleaning fee required by the hotel) for limited number of  conference attendees.

Lunch

will be served at 12:30-2:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday)

Dinner

will be served at 6.00-7:20 pm (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

However, you must reserve the meal tickets at least 2 days earlier (August 28) before the start of the conference since the caterer needs head count to bring pre-cooked foods.  If you prefer, you can send the check for meal tickets along with your registration fee. ​
